Want to Stay Long Term?
We are promoting long term rentals for one month or longer. Casa Delfin Sonriente is designed with three kitchens, two of which are located within individual accommodations. We are located close to Troncones village for easy access to shopping and invite you to call us for a custom rate quote.
We require a 50% deposit on reservation, and the balance on arrival. Payment in Mexico must be in Travelers Checks, U.S. dollars or Mexican pesos only, please.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Our refund policy is to return your deposit if given at least sixty days notice or in case of family medical emergency and we will also return it if we are able to re-book the accommodations. We keep 20% of your deposit for less than 60 day notice.
PET POLICY: For pets there is a one-time $25 non-refundable fee.
Check out is before 12pm and arrival after 3pm unless prior arrangements are made.
